A hidden gem in Yelverton! 🌳
The breakfast here is a proper feast, just lekker! Super comfy bed, and Nicky is such a chommie, made us feel proper welcome with wine and nibbles. Nice little touch, that!
The bathroom felt a bit cramped, just a heads-up if you’re two in there trying to get ready.

My stay as a couple for 4 nights was fantastic. The accommodation was clean and felt very homely, thanks to our wonderful host, Nicky. It was such a lovely touch to have wine and nibbles waiting for us upon arrival. We enjoyed walking our dog nearby through the open fields and appreciated having a safe space to unwind after our adventures.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The hosts are incredibly warm, making you feel right at home! Breakfast is a true delight, with delicious, fresh ingredients customized to your taste.
Some rooms can feel cramped, limiting your comfort. Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, making it a challenge to stay connected.

Cozy and character-filled environment with homemade muffins.
The Standard Double Room was quite cramped, leaving limited space around the bed, especially with our luggage. The bathroom was also disappointingly narrow, making it uncomfortable for two people. I expected more room for the price we paid, and it detracted from our comfort during the stay.

The charming atmosphere promised relaxation, and the warm welcome with tea and homemade scones upon arrival was a delightful start. Breakfast featured superb scrambled eggs that were perfectly cooked, making for a memorable morning. The only drawbacks included limited options for dining on-site, as dinner wasn't available, and the somewhat cramped bathroom space, which could prove challenging for two guests. Despite these issues, the overall experience was very enjoyable, especially for a couple seeking a quiet retreat.

We had a blast staying here! The hosts made us feel right at home with tasty treats upon arrival. The location is great for exploring local sites like Buckland Abbey and Plymouth, and we made the most of the nearby golf and fishing options. Don’t miss out on the delicious breakfast – truly a highlight of our trip!
Our room, though delightful, was a bit smaller than we expected. It worked for us, but keep in mind if you're looking for extra space.
